US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)
Work timings: PST_US Timing (8.00 PM to 5.00 AM)
Job Location: Lucknow, India
Qualification: Any Graduation
Job Description:
- Understanding the client's requirement and sourcing, screening profiles from various sources that suits the client's requirements.
- Experience in handling entire Recruitment Cycle which includes from identifying resources to being an effective intermediary in negotiation process and acceptance of offer.
- Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective.
- Screening application by conducting the preliminary telephonic discussion.
- Must have worked on all types hiring modes like Permanent, Contract and Contract to hire.
- Must be willing to work on given time lines with respect to SLA
- Using VMS like Fieldglass, Beeline, IQ Navigator for client requirements.
- Have experience in Tax terms like W2, 1099, Per Diem, and C2C
- Worked with H1B, Green Card, US Citizens, OPT’s etc. Good experience on C2C, W2 and Fulltime jobs.
- Effectively recruit candidates through Internet research, internal database, portals like Dice, Carrier Builder, Monster, Ladders, Indeed etc.
- Should have good knowledge of IT domain as a Recruitment professional.
IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Night Shift)

Job Description:
- Seeking for candidates with Min 6 Months experience in Bench Sales.
- Candidate must have OPT,H-1,GC,L2 EAD W2 , C2C , TN, Contract to hire positions and Citizens marketing experience in US staffing.
- Build strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts
- Work with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Techfetch, Career Builders, ProHires etc. Should be familiar with posting requirements and generating effective leads for job opportunities for bench consultants through social media ---LinkedIn groups, Google groups, Face book etc.
- Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants.
- Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume requisition workload.
- Review and format resumes, qualify bench candidates and negotiate rates.
- Must identify suitable requirement for available consultants.
- Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
